Refund policy

90- DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your Custom Feet Insoles purchase, you may email us within 90 days from your purchase for a store credit or refund. For this policy to apply you must provide a valid order ID number or full name of the person who placed the order for us to find it in our system; it will also be valid to provide your order number and send the product that you are willing to return to: 10967 Lake Underhill Suite 106, Orlando FL 32825.

Once we received the product, we will issue the refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are getting a refund due to product return, a percentage of your total order will be deducted from the refund due to shipping and handling costs. The total amount will be specified by a customer service agent once you contact us.

Please note: It takes around two weeks for your feet to fully adapt to the new insoles. You must wear them every day during that period for you to fully adapt to them. If after that period you don't contact us.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 to 7 business days contact your credit card company or your bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@customfeetinsole.com.

Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customfeetonline@gmail.com and send your item to: Custom Feet Inc, 10967 Lake Underhill Suite 106, Orlando FL 32825

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
