What separates the great companies from just okay ones is how they respond and deal with a screwup. Custom Feet IMMEDIATELY made it right and sent the next day the right sized orthotics. VERY few companies have this level of customer service and commitment to excellence.

The Custom Feet orthotics I'm replacing show in the heel cup 44. The new ones show 45. The new ones are clearly slightly larger and do not fit in some of my shoes. I'm about to go for a bike ride and the new orthotics do not fit in my cycling shoes. My size 44 orthotics are in rough shape due to their age. I will attempting to "fix" them with glue. I'm not sure why I received a larger size orthotic. I've been wearing the same size shoes since the day I had my first pair made at your kiosk location in Dadeland Mall, Miami.

I really enjoy my new insoles. It is my second pair and I already feel a change in knees and the pain I was having while walking. They are definitely better than store bought insoles because they match perfectly.

I’ve tried other orthotics, but these are on another level of comfort.

Better price than podiatrist

I purchased the insoles for my husband and there was a slight issue with the first set he received. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and the communication was amazing. They resolved the issue quickly. The insoles have made a HUGE difference for him and provide relief to his plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

I have not received my insoles. You sent me box to get my foot mold , but according to the usps you just received the box back this past Tuesday. I assume the delay was due to hurricane Milton

Helped my joint pain
